The company is a 100% Black owned and Managed business which started out with 4 employees and now currently employs more than 100 direct and indirect employees. The business has evolved significantly to present day, where we provide the complete construction service. Our objective is to become one of the leaders in the industry and continue to deliver numerous successful projects to clients all over South Africa. The Directors of 7 Sirs Group’s strategic plan is to provide turn-key solutions in the construction sector, high quality implementation, cost effectiveness and provide opportunities through it’s projects towards skills upliftment and job creation. 7 Sir's Group have been a healthy contributor to the South African economy and has adopted the role of promoting Black economic empowerment as one of our company objectives. This decision was made long before the role of BBBEE became a legal requirement. The CIDB is a government organization that classifies construction companies into different grades based on your historic performance. 7 Sir's Group CIDB grading system range from the minimum of 2GB (General Building) to the maximum of 9GB (General Building). Our grading system also determines the construction value of work, which we undertake. The 8GB/CE grading, being in the highest category, places no limit on the construction quantum we as 7 Sirs Group can undertake.
